Dallin L. WRETCHED experience! Do not use them. They will lie and lie and use epoxy not polyaspartic as promised in the contract. Char will tell you virtually no odor. That is a lie. We got severe headaches just from opening the door and lung issues after being in the garage. That’s how we know we got the cheap epoxy product. Not what we paid for. From showing up late to lack of communication. The Initial job didn’t get the top coat and we had sharp shards of fleck sticking out everywhere. When I showed the owner Dave the sharp fleck shards sticking out on the vertical walls they cut my finger. The owners are nasty people who argue and yell. Char the wife Waving a knife at my kids arguing while trying scrape the sharp pieces off the horrible flooring. The owner Dave was belligerent and admitted he used epoxy not polyaspartic! While he was yelling at me when he came to tell me I’m on my own and he will not complete the job. They kept leading me on as I was trying to give them a chance to make it right. We never received a top coat on the first job. Then the owner Dave comes back for 34 minutes and puts one cup of epoxy( not polyaspartic) as promised in the contract. Then lazily spreads it around. When it dried we had patches of rough and smooth. The verticals never got a coat. Flecks peeling and falling off cutting my hands. Have pictures and video for proof Nothing consistent. When I reached back out to Char she blames me for her having to fire an employee. Like it’s my fault for their terrible work! She sold me by telling me a lie about another customer bought 3500 sqft of product from her and then ghosted her. She made me feel sorry for her. Everything about this lack of a service was deceitful and dishonest. They never had intentions of fixing it and now I have to dispute the charges to go with someone more competent who will use the product I paid for and do the job the right way. Please STAY AWAY! I should have listened to the other reviews. Having employees quit is a sure sign that it’s a bad company.
